Ballina Chamber of Commerce and Safe on Social Business Solutions have joined forces to pioneer an industry-first initiative that offers cyber safety education and training to businesses and schools in the local Ballina area.

Safe on Social is a highly respected and trusted privately-owned company that provides comprehensive cyber safety programs, resources, and information to ensure individuals, families, and organisations remain safe and healthy online, spanning across corporate, sporting, and education sectors.

By partnering with Safe on Social, Ballina Chamber of Commerce is empowering local businesses to lead the way in promoting online safety, not only within their own operations and networks but also in the wider community, including local schools.

What is the Ballina Chamber of Commerce Safe on Social Program?

With a focus on reducing risks and improving wellbeing, this partnership offers cyber safety training through the brand new Safe On Social Business Education Program which is offered to all local Ballina businesses and chamber members.  The year-long program includes video training and cutting-edge resources designed by industry experts, Safe On Social, to specifically train and educate key stakeholders, employees and their families on all aspects of cyber safety.

From March 2023, businesses will be able to purchase a 12-month subscription to the Safe On Social Business Education Program, with complete access available from May 2023.

Supporting The Greater Community

Businesses that subscribe to the Ballina Chamber of Commerce Safe on Social Program will not only be acting for their own business, they will also contribute towards making this important online safety education available to young people in our community.
