Masterclass Session Six - Bullying

About the event

Cyberbullying is still the #1 concern facing Australians when it comes to social media and the online world. Unlike days gone by, bullying is no longer left in the school yard or office, it follows you home and can taunt you via almost every single device you own.

In this Masterclass, Safe on Social's Kirra Pendergast will share her own story of occupational violence which inspired her to start Safe on Social. She will give you an overview of what cyberbullying and online abuse can look like, what defamation is, the laws involved and what you can do if you experience it within your workplace or your students or children are experiencing it whilst online.  This Masterclass is a must-attend for everyone within the community.
