Holly is an engaging, enthusiastic and passionate Facilitator and Coach. Her extensive experience, outgoing nature and love of all things learning enable her to truly connect with children and adults alike, resulting in great outcomes for all.

 

Prior to moving in to facilitating Holly had a 20-year career in various senior HR and Learning roles across a range of industries and locations. Her final role in the corporate world was Head of Learning and Development for a global financial services company which required Holly to build the function from the ground up, culminating in the development of a range of programmes that were rolled out globally. I

 

t was this experience that sparked Holly's desire to really focus her efforts in the learning space and move into Consulting.  Since focusing on facilitating Holly has partnered with diverse and fabulous groups of participants to develop, design and deliver a broad range of development programmes, most recently with a focuse on the cyber safety space which is one close to her heart given she is currently navigating it alongside her 3 children, and as such she is only too well aware of the possible trials and tribulations experienced.

 

In addition to her passion for all things Learning, Holly is a taxi driver, chef, cleaner and ‘friend’ for her three busy children, a netball Coach, Podcast club member and a confidante to many.
