With 10+ years experience in education and a range of leadership positions, Anna has seen firsthand the rapid rise of technologies embedded into learning programs - often with little regard for teaching students, parents, and teachers the crucial and nuanced steps to staying safe online. 

Anna’s most recent role was Education Director at Code Like a Girl, a revolutionary social enterprise positioned to empower women and girls to be equal creators in building the future. As Education Director, Anna introduced and drove all facets of junior education at Code Like a Girl. One of Anna’s proudest achievements in this role was the creation of unique coding camps which ran across multiple Australian states. These school holiday programs invited school-aged girls to not only learn to code, but to foster a sense of community, confidence, and curiosity. Anna has facilitated workshops for hundreds of young learners as well as corporate workshops and conferences.

Anna believes that gender stereotyping and imbalances are most powerfully addressed through early education and has worked in various roles to actively contribute in this space.
