Safe on Social

Anna is the learning design lead and architect behind all of Safe on Social / Ctrl+Shft's online learning offerings — the person who shapes how our education is structured, sequenced and delivered, from the first parent workshop to a full national program. With over a decade of experience across classroom teaching, school leadership and national program design, she has seen firsthand how rapidly technology has reshaped childhood — often without the systems, safeguards or shared understanding needed to navigate these spaces safely and effectively. That insight sits at the heart of everything she builds: learning experiences grounded in real classrooms, designed to meet young people, parents and educators where they actually are.
 

Anna has worked across a wide range of educational settings and previously served as Education Director at Code Like a Girl, a leading social enterprise dedicated to advancing gender equity in technology. There she led the development and delivery of education programs across Australia, partnering with schools, community organisations and corporate stakeholders. These experiences have enabled her to build strong, authentic connections with young people and engage them in genuinely impactful learning.
 

Drawing on this foundation, Anna leads the instructional design and learning architecture of our entire online curriculum — defining the frameworks, learning pathways and pedagogical standards that make our content clear, evidence-based and age-appropriate at every level.
